Its kinda tricky. Some have a messed up code, so you have to find out whats wrong. Others you download to your computer then upload to the template thing. I did a few before, but some never worked right. The best thing I've found is sites with feedback on them where people talk about what they did to fix problems.

You have to go to your dashboard and click on your 'settings' and go to 'upload new template.'
